Jennifer S. Sparda, Esq. is the Firm’s Senior Consulting Attorney and serves as lead attorney on all family law matters. She handles cases involving divorce, parental rights and responsibilities, protection from abuse actions, and post-judgment disputes, guiding strategy from initial filing through mediation, motion practice, and trial.

Jenn brings extensive courtroom and strategic experience to her work. She has managed all phases of family litigation, including discovery, evidentiary hearings, and trial preparation, and is particularly skilled in high-conflict matters requiring precise positioning and decisive advocacy. She also has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution and appellate work.

Jenn previously served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division (Family Part), where she worked on matters involving custody, support, domestic violence, and termination of parental rights. This experience informs her practical, results-oriented approach and strong understanding of how courts evaluate family law issues.

Jenn is admitted to practice in Maine and is known for her clear, strategic guidance and ability to navigate complex and emotionally charged cases with professionalism and control.
