Since 2004, Aglaia has played a central role in complex litigation, including successfully briefing and arguing an appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, resulting in remand to the Board of Immigration Appeals. She has also briefed and argued a high-profile manslaughter appeal before a state appellate court and contributed to large-scale federal entertainment litigation.
