Brian Yeager, Esq.
Brian Yeager is an experienced litigator whose practice is informed by a diverse background in criminal law, workers’ compensation, personal injury, insurance matters, and civil litigation.
Before joining the Firm, Brian served as an Assistant District Attorney for Maine Prosecutorial District 3, where he managed a substantial criminal caseload across four courts and handled matters from initial complaint through disposition. His experience includes both bench and jury trials, motion practice, complex legal research, criminal competency proceedings, and extensive settlement negotiations.
Brian previously served as an Attorney Advocate with the Maine Workers’ Compensation Board, representing injured workers in administrative proceedings, negotiating claim resolutions, and providing legal advice throughout the claims process. Earlier in his career, he represented clients in personal injury, motor vehicle accident, insurance bad-faith, and criminal matters and gained significant experience in trials, arbitration, and motion practice.
Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Lycoming College, where he double-majored in Economics and Political Science. He is admitted to practice in Maine, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
